Orders

Orders can take up to 10 days to despatch, depending on your payment method.
Payment by paypal or postal order means I can generally post out your order within 48 hours,


For payments by cheque there will be a 7 day waiting period to allow time for clearance.

 

We aim always to have enough items in stock to send out your order immediately, but this may not sometimes be the case. Any orders received will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order (Tuesday - Friday) unless items are out of stock in which case you will be e-mailed and asked whether you wish to back order or cancel your order. 

 

Prices

 Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

I am not liable for items lost in the post, however I do obtain a certificate of posting.
This covers up to £40.00 insurance for any losses.

This applies just to the UK.


Returns
If your goods are damaged in transit then please return them to me within 48 hours, before I will replace them!

This does not affect your statutory rights.
